Sick of swipping down those 9gag pics and Swiss landscapes or copy pasta. Exactly what the two above said. Plague was better a while ago, but now we get stupid 9gag styke stuff instead of personnal thoughts questions. I Love My Dog. Channel.

In bubonic plague, the most common form, bacteria infect the lymph system and become inflamed. The lymph or lymphatic system is a major component of your body's immune system. The organs within the lymphatic system are the tonsils, adenoids, spleen, and thymus. How do you get it? Usually, you get bubonic plague from the bite of an infected flea or rodent. In rare cases, Y. pestis bacteria, from a piece of contaminated clothing or other material used by a person with plague, enter the body through an opening in the skin.

The plague of 1348 led to a shortage of labour and this in turn improved the lives of surving serfs as they could and did demand higher wages. Just stay inside and play games on your ipad. I'm sure even 17th century London had Chinese delivery. Well, I like cats, so I would've lived. No mice, no fleas, no plague). What was the issue they had w/ cats again back then? Satanic or something? -Anonymous. reply 11. 03/03/2016.

Folger Shakespeare Library. There were several years during Shakespeare's time in London in which the plague was severe enough to close the theatres: 1582, 1592 (15,000 deaths), 1603, and 1607. The Elizabethans had no idea that the plague was spread by fleas that had lived on rats; though there were many "cures" for the plague, the only real defense-for those who could afford it-was to leave the crowded, rat-infested cities for the country. A preservative against the pestilence.
